RESERVATION INQUIRY
Some special programs as ice-fishing with reindeer and Cook like a local-dinner experience we arrange only on request. If we don´t have chance to arrange activities on requested time, we contact the customer to offer an alternative slot or activity. Please, note that preliminary reservation is an inquiry and not valid before we have sent the payment link and you have paid the reservation.
HOW TO GET TO THE FARM?
Our reindeer farm is located only 15 minutes’ drive from Luosto, but there is no public transportation available. Our own pick-up service is available from your accommodation in Luosto and shall be booked online as an additional service within the reindeer tour reservation.
If you stay further out, for example in Pyhätunturi or Rovaniemi, Ski bus is an excellent choice for reaching Luosto and bus schedules go well with our tour timetables. Just add the transportation service to your reservation and let us know where we shall pick up you. Lapland Hotel Luostotunturi is good, central pick-up place when you´re not accommodating in the resort. Don´t hesitate to call or send a message if you need help with the arrangements.

Meeting time: 10-15 minutes before your tour. Please, remember to be on time.

Vehicle: Ford Transit, white minibus with our logos.
If you are staying any other location than Luosto, or if your party is more than 8 persons, instead of paying the transfers online, please make an inquiry by e-mail to get a fixed price.
ARRIVING TO THE FARM
When you arrive to the farm on own, please make sure to arrive to the farm 10 minutes before the tour departure. We don´t wait late arrivals or refund
If you arrive remarkably early, please wait on the gate. Don´t enter the farm without our guides. We
