PRELIMINARY RESERVATION
Some special programs as ice-fishing with reindeer and cooking classes we arrange only on request. We intend to respond for the preliminary reservations within 48 hours (excluding weekends), but during the high season responding might take longer. If we don´t have chance to arrange activities on requested time, we contact the customer to offer an alternative slot or activity. Please, note that preliminary reservation is not valid before we have sent the payment link and customer has paid the reservation.
TRANSFERS
We offer also transfers from Luosto and they are bookable online as on optional service in a "add transfers"-section. Remember to provide the address for the meeting point in your reservation. If you are staying any other location or if your party is more than 8 persons, instead of paying the transfers online, please make an inquiry by e-mail to get a fixed price.
ARRIVING TO THE FARM
When you arrive to the farm on own, please make sure to arrive on time (10 minutes before the starting time) If you arrive remarkably early, please wait on the gate. Don´t enter the farm without our guides.
