Cook like a local is a fantastic way to visit our reindeer farm and try out some local food.
Participation on cooking is highly recommended but you can also just watch and learn. During the evening, we prepare a three-course dinner by using local ingredients as forest mushrooms, berries, local root vegetables and good quality reindeer meat from our own herd. We will also decorate the tables beautifully, light some candles and finally enjoy the meal on the heat of the flaming fire in our atmospheric kota restaurant. While enjoying a sweet dessert, you will hear relaxing drumming and calming Sámi joik performed by your hostess. By the end of the tasty evening, you get to know our friendly home reindeer and feed them from your own hand.
