This festive dinner reflects a classic Christmas table, prepared with time-honored family recipes and familiar seasonal flavors. The meal is pre-cooked and ready to enjoy with minimal effort – simply reheat and serve.
The dishes are packed in convenient aluminum foil containers, making reheating easy in the oven. If your cabin does not have an oven, a microwave works just as well.
One Christmas meal includes oven-baked Christmas ham with a creamy sauce, mashed potatoes, roasted root vegetables, traditional mushroom salad, homemade bread and butter, fresh green salad with tasting portions of smoked salmon and smoked reindeer, and for a dessert cloudberry mousse.
